AI training:

We do not use your resumes or transcripts to train generalized AI models unless you opt‑in in Settings → Privacy. We may use de‑identified telemetry for reliability/security.

Service providers/subprocessors under contract (cloud, STT/TTS, LLMs, analytics, support).
Legal/security when required or to protect our users and Service.
Business transfers (e.g., merger/acquisition) with appropriate safeguards.

4Cookies & Preferences
